| We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to errors in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 60 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product or product damaged in the shipping process will also be accepted for return 60 days from the date of purchase. We will only cover the return cost of shipping the product upon prior authorization from Family Treasures and Gifts. |
